Being able to quickly identify ethical misconduct is critical to ensuring compliance with our Code of Ethics and ethical principles across all of our businesses and geographies.
We encourage a culture of dialogue where associates and external stakeholders can voice their concerns.
We know that all of our employees want to do the right thing, but we are also aware that it is not always easy to identify the correct course of action. It is for this reason that we have internally set up boxes among employees to report violations of human rights (anonymously) and it is possible to raise ethical issues from the outside via the e-mail box email@example.com which is only read by members of the SB.
Reporting gives us the opportunity to grow and improve, where necessary, and allows us to live up to our responsibilities.
