The PEOPLE COUNTER MODULE has been integrated within the platform.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Through a sophisticated sensor (from third parties) and its “embedded” analysis application, it is able to detect the presence of people / visitors crossing or stopping in the area below.

The Galassia platform collects all the useful data for the operator to have in real time the exact number of people / visitors both in and out, within the common areas.

The sensor is equipped with excellent measurement accuracy, about 99%, a large coverage area, object flow tracking and a plug-and-play configuration, in total respect for privacy.

Specifically, the device can simultaneously count several people and groups of people on the move, it is not influenced by light, shadows and reflections and analyzes the behavior of visitors.

Furthermore, the monitored zones can be defined as “activation” zones, in which a specific count performs a logic function.

The application within GALASSIA Global PSIM Solution of DAB Sistemi Integrati, allows to obtain information and data not only for Security.

In fact, thanks to the possibility of verifying the occupation of the monitored area, the parking time of people, the Galassia platform also manages and correlates Safety and Energy Saving information:

– You can manage emergency plans
– Set thresholds in each occupation zone to activate alarms / alerts
– Have average occupancy statistics; percentages compared with other zones or sensors
– Total income and expenses

The integrated module in Galassia represents a plus for new Building Management System applications.
